The short version
This website sets no cookies and contacts no third-party services. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no embedded video player and no social widget. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, telephone number, dates and message you provide, so that we can reply to you.
We do not record your IP address with form submissions, and this website keeps no access logs that identify you.
Booking
When you check availability, you are handed over to SynXis, the reservation system operated by Sabre on our behalf. Your booking and payment details are handled there, under Sabre’s terms and privacy policy, not on this website.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, and to arrange or service your stay. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or to object to our use of it. Contact us and we will help.
